We ship via UPS or USPS Flat-Rate Priority (for insurance purposes, we recommend that you choose UPS as your carrier; we are not responsible for the loss/damage of packages sent via USPS).
International Orders: We ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. Please allow 3-4 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. Please note that certain pieces may require additional lead times. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements.
Returns & Exchanges: If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days for store credit, less shipping costs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
We will repair items purchased through lilarice.com free of charge within 6 months of purchase; after that time, we are happy to repair your items for a service charge. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization at email@example.com.
And if you ever lose an earring, we are happy to make your lonely guy a new mate! The cost will be half of a complete pair. Simply email us to make this special request.
About the Metals:
We hand-fabricate all pieces using sterling silver, brass, copper, and 14k goldfill. All earwires are sterling silver or 14k goldfill and should be safe for sensitive ears.
Expect brass and copper items to develop a natural patina with exposure to the elements and human touch. This is normal and we love it. But if you don't love the antiquing of the metals, you can clean your jewelry with a commercial cleaner, like “JAX”, which is available at many chain jewelry stores and online.
Our jewelry is never plated, as plating can wear off or crack over time. 14k goldfill items have a thicker layer of gold than typical plating and should maintain their appearance for as long as you wear and love your pieces.
